Jhoselyn joined ABG in 2022. Her practice is focused on the filing and prosecution of International (PCT) and European patent applications, as well as any procedure at the European Patent Office (EPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
She began her professional career in Intellectual Property in Venezuela in 2012, both in filing and management of the granting process, as well as in administrative and/or judicial actions in the field. Since 2018, she has worked in intellectual property firms in Madrid.
Jhoselyn is a native speaker of Spanish and fluent in English.
