Your innovation is valuable: protect your plant varieties IP rights
Due to the exponential growth, over the last years, of new plant varieties of high commercial value, it has become essential for plant breeders’ to protect actively their innovations.
ABG Intellectual Property provides assistance with the evaluation and prosecution of plant variety rights before the Spanish Plant Variety Office (OEVV) and the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO), particularly in aspects related to passing the technical examination and examination of the denomination for the plant variety.
