David M. rejoined ABG IP in 2015. In a first stage at the firm (between 2009 and 2012), he started the Human Resources Department, for which is currently responsible.

During these years, his tasks has been focused on starting, improving, professionalization and digitalization of all the processes and policies of the human resources area: talent management, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, working environment, etc. In addition, he leads the definition and implementation of ABG’s artificial intelligence policy, aligning technological innovation, people and regulatory compliance.

Before joining ABG, and in the interval period, David worked at several multinational companies from different sectors, carrying out different roles, such as HR Specialist or HR Business Partner.

David is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
