Fernando joined ABG in 2004 and is a partner in charge of the Engineering & Physics and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Departments. He has been active in the field of the Industrial Property since 1994. His practice focuses on patent prosecution, opinion work and portfolio management in the areas of mechanical devices, electronic engineering and computer-related inventions. He is a qualified European Patent Attorney (EQE, 2008).

He also specialises in Spanish and Community Design prosecution. Fernando regularly serves as an expert in patent infringement and nullity litigation and provides expert opinions in cases involving design rights.
