From this office, we provide services to protect intangible assets through patents, trade marks, registered designs, trade secrets, copyright and other legal rights. We advise multinational companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, start-ups, technology and research centres, universities, and other Andalusian organisations located in Granada, Seville, Malaga, Cordoba, Jaen, Almeria, Cadiz and Huelva.

Our Granada office advises clients on the design, optimisation, and enforcement of industrial and intellectual property rights portfolios. We draft and prosecute patent applications before the European Patent Office (EPO), international patent applications before the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the EPO, and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), as well as national patent applications before the SPTO and in other territories through our network of associates in other territories. We also offer multiple types of opinion work, such as patentability reports, infringement studies, and freedom to operate reports, among others.
