ABG Intellectual Property Law, S.L. has an internal information system that enables the confidential and secure reporting of facts or conduct that may constitute legal infringements or regulatory breaches falling within the scope of application of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
This system constitutes the preferred channel for reporting this type of information within the organisation. Through the internal channel, reports may be submitted relating, among other matters, to potential criminal offences or serious or very serious administrative infringements, as well as to other conduct covered by the applicable regulations.

Who can use this channel
The internal channel may be used by persons who have or have had a professional or employment relationship with ABG Intellectual Property Law, S.L., including, among others, employees, former employees, candidates in recruitment processes, interns, self-employed persons, suppliers, collaborating professionals, shareholders, members of the management, administrative or supervisory bodies, as well as persons working for or under the supervision of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, in accordance with the legally established terms.
Fundamental principles of the system
The Internal Information System of ABG Intellectual Property Law, S.L. is governed by the following principles:
- Confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the persons concerned and any third party mentioned in the report, as well as of the actions carried out in managing it.
- Prohibition of retaliation against individuals who submit a report in good faith or make a public disclosure under the terms provided by law.
- Diligent, impartial and independent handling of the reports received.
- Acknowledgement of receipt within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, unless this could jeopardise the confidentiality of the report.
- Response within a maximum period of 3 months from the acknowledgement of receipt or, if no acknowledgement is sent, from the expiry of the 7-day period following submission of the report, except in legally exceptional circumstances.
Submission of reports
Reports may be submitted via the designated channel. The regulations expressly provide for the possibility of accepting and processing anonymous reports.

Personal data protection
Personal data processed through the Internal Information System will be handled in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and the provisions of Law 2/2023, exclusively for the purposes of receiving, analysing, investigating and, where appropriate, processing the reports received.
