The second edition of Patents Week, an important national event to rise awareness and provide training in Intellectual Property, will take place on 8-10th October at the Elder Museum of Science and Technology of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The event, organized by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the ULPGC Science and Technology Park Foundation, offers a wide range of training activities and the possibility of having vis-à-vis meetings between researchers and companies interested in the technology developed by ULPGC.
This edition of Patents Week will have an ABG Intellectual Property representative, Dr. Guillermo Menéndez, who will impart a course on “Patents in Biotechnology and related fields” on 8th October, from 5 to 7 p.m. This course as well as at other courses, workshops and talks is free, although to attend prior registration is required by fulfilling the form.
