Implementing Regulation of the Spanish Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks

The Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) has published on 6 February 2019 the draft of the implementing regulation of the Spanish Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks allowing a period of 7 working days starting from 7 February 2019 in which any interested party may submit observations to the draft.

The purpose of the draft is to include the necessary modifications to the current Implementing Regulation following the entry into force on 14 January 2019 of the amended Spanish Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks. (news about it)
