We are delighted to announce that ABG Intellectual Property is expanding into Andalusia.
We are opening an office in Granada, our fifth office in Spain, following Madrid (2003), Barcelona (2007), Bilbao (2015) and Valencia (2024).
This marks a decisive step in our expansion into southern Spain and reinforces our commitment to a decentralised growth model, bringing us closer to our clients and giving them access to specialists who combine the highest level of technical expertise with strong local ties.
From this new location, we will provide comprehensive and highly specialised advice on patents, trademarks and other intellectual and industrial property rights, as well as on the enforcement and commercialisation of these assets.

Who will lead our Granada office?
Juan Manuel Soto, a member of the ABG IP team since 2021.
Juan Manuel holds a PhD in Physics and is a Spanish Industrial Property Attorney and European Patent Attorney.
He is one of the small number of professionals with the latter qualification practising in Andalusia and the only one based in the province of Granada.
His technical excellence and close ties to Andalusia’s industrial community give us every confidence in the success of this project.
