Francisco Bernardo, founding partner of ABG Intellectual Property, together with Rodrigo Manzanares and Patricia Guillén have answered 33 questions made by the prestigious British publication The Legal 500 about patent litigation in Spain.

Those same queries have been responded by representatives of firms from 26 other countries including the United States, China, Japan, Germany or the United Kingdom.

The result has been included in a comprehensive Patent Litigation Guide aimed at

“providing its readers with a pragmatic overview of the law and practice of patent litigation law across a variety of jurisdictions”

Issues addressed by each of the experts include direct and indirect patent infringement, patent invalidity, post-grant opposition proceedings and injunctions, and future patent litigation growth areas.
