On 26 September 2003, Francisco Bernardo, Vicente González and I materialized a project that had been brewing for some time: ABG Patentes.

Throughout these 18 years, and starting from scratch, we have created and developed the departments of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Electro-Mechanics, Formalities, Trademarks, Accounting, IT, Human Resources, BDL and, finally, Legal and Litigation. We have developed internal procedures and quality controls that have been certified by ISO 9001 and 27001; we have a solid and extensive portfolio of national clients and a network of agents in the main countries of the world; we have also established seminars/webinars that are a reference in the Intellectual Property sector in Spain… and we have achieved all this thanks to the participation of all those who form and have been part of the ABG staff and the trust of our clients.

Today we can say that we have gone from being a small group of enthusiasts to an intellectual property agency with the highest reputation at national level and highly recognized at European and international level: ABG Intellectual Property.

But perhaps even more important is that, beyond all these achievements, we continue to look to the future with optimism and with the desire to continue improving and growing ABG Intellectual Property with new projects that we will implement throughout this new year of life.

As it could not be otherwise, to continue this exciting journey we hope to have the same support from our team and clients as up to now of. Only then will another 18 years be worth it.
