Our Bilbao office advises clients on the design, optimisation, and enforcement of industrial and intellectual property rights portfolios. We draft and prosecute patent applications before the European Patent Office (EPO), international patent applications before the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the EPO, and the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), as well as national patent applications before the OEPM and in other territories through our network of associates in other territories. We also offer multiple types of opinion work, such as patentability reports, infringement studies, and freedom to operate reports, among others.
We also assist Basque organisations in securing national and international protection for their trademarks, designs, and trade secrets.
