IPRs Fast Action Protocol for the Mobile World Congress approved

Spanish Courts have already approved the IPRs Fast Action Protocol for the Mobile World Congress  to be held in February 2019 in Barcelona, Europe’s largest yearly gathering for mobile industry.

In essence, it is a tool to get preliminary injunctions (if applied for ex parte and the legal requirements are met) or court protection through protective letters in 48 hours, and is applicable to patents, utility models, designs, trademarks, unfair competition and copyright matters.
